When you really need to get your shit together, maybe because something bad happened and you can’t shake off that feeling of constant discomfort that is holding you back, or you simply worry too much about something you can’t control, or you fell back into depression and can’t afford yourself to be stuck there…

That’s when you could use something to take back control into your hands or a quick pick-me-up ritual in order to feel better.

Today I give you 20 + 1 ways you can use to instantly feel better and are SURE to work, pick whatever you like doing, let’s go:


1) Breathe

The most basic human function you can consciously engage in, and that levels down your overall stress levels and heartbeat.

This is a useful example you can refer to if you don’t know how to breathe to relax


2) Meditate

Comes right after breathing, and for a good reason. Meditation is shown to lower your cortisol levels that are correlated to too much stress, as well as your blood pressure.

3) Go for a walk

Walking should be listed as another form of meditation since it lets you stay by yourself WHILE getting in the amazing benefits of walking for your body.

4) Have a Nutritious Diet

Knowing the effects that food has on your body is KEY to instantly know how to keep stress levels low and maintain your mood where it should be- at the top.

5) Have a cup of something (hot)

A warm cup of Tea or herbal tea can really give you that feeling of warmth, relaxation and affection you were looking for, protection almost. Prefer fruity stuff and don’t go heavy with the sugar though.

Be sure to be warmed up first, then go for 6 sets of 30 seconds each doing the best you can, repeat again for a total of 12 sets with a short 10 seconds break between sets.

The goal here is to put 101% of your effort when sprinting, you need to be FAST, otherwise it turns into a jog.

You’ll be humbled quickly, both your ego and your problems will seem nothing when you’re done.

5 Powerful Ways To Decompress From Stress

Tough times are upon us and the need to find a bit of quiet or just being able to “let loose” it’s something important.

Let me give you my 5 personal ways i use to melt that awful feeling from my body and mind.


Breathing it’s something we have do CONSTANTLY, of course.

It only seem natural that the thing we do the most to guarantee our survival it’s also the thing that can help us the most.

Yet we tend to forget how to properly breathe and instead we leave things to the autopilot.

That’s DUMB.
Yet we do it anyway.
Think of the countless benefits you could gain from this.

Take some time to concentrate on your breathing, 5 minutes can help too.

The longer, the better, the more relaxed you will be.


I will cover this topic more extensively in the future 😉 BUT!
Being able to “let go” to the fire of passion with your significant other can really help …smooth things out.

Because all of those “good things” *wink wink* actually help the production of good chemicals within your body.

And at the same time you’re creating a safe environment in which you are able to really blow off some steam (In a safe, loving way) with your partner.


Now this is something i’ve discovered recently but…

Chanting (a mantra, a prayer, whatever) can bring an innate and almost mystic sense of peace to your nerves.

While i’ll leave to your own consideration if that’s something of holy nature or else, the power of vibrations it’s known to have soothing effects on one’s mind. (Take white noise as example, it’s used to calm down fussy babies and honestly works for me too.)

Whether it’s for the vibrations or for the power of belief and prayers, this can surely help you.


This is a very common method to cope with stress, yet many people underplay it.

Working out it’s a great way to reset your mind and let go of that destructive and awful energy, hell, you could even have a better session than usual when you’re stressed!


And i want to put emphasis on “Alone”.

It has been researched that spending time in nature helps with fighting depression, since it’s an incredibly soothing activity.

So it makes sense that it can be used for when someone’s under a lot of pressure.

I personally go out for a good hour without any kind of music or distraction (no phone either), because that interferes with my feelings, and if i blast my ears with music i won’t be able to “sort out” whatever i’m feeling at the moment.

And nature can help bring me that much needed clarity and tranquillity i so desperately need.

Plus, you burn calories & get fresh air.

Win-win situation.

Visualizing As A Way to Prepare for Success

While i’m not a fan on relying completely on this method, (because, let’s be REAL for a moment-you need action to manifest things) taking the time to visualize the things you desire must not be underestimated, because like i said before-if coupled with RUTHLESS ACTION (am i sounding like Napoleon Hill yet?) you can be sure to be on the right path to manifest whatever!

Visualizing your goals, like: where are you going to live in a few years, your dream car, the job you want, the partner you seek, ecc.. can put yourself in that new mindset that is needed to attract those things, you’re preparing yourself and saying to your subconscious mind that you are “ready” for those things to happen, and as a byproduct you’re subconsciously starting to develop and gravitate towards the traits, habits or characteristics that a person who possess those things acts like! it’s not magic or wishful thinking.

Doing so can really give you that “what’s like to have that” feeling, that is so important especially when you’re going through hard times\challenges that can discourage you daily. You’re literally creating those situations in your mind so that you can see what it’s like to be there, what’s needed to actually get there (by calmly seeing how you would accomplish that in a relaxed state) and so that you can prepare for whatever challenges that might come with getting all of those things.

Just find a quiet place and if you’re already used to it, go in a meditative state- and if not, just close your eyes, breathe deeply and sit quietly while working towards those thoughts, and try to feel like you’re already where you want to be for an extended period of time, joyfully lose track of time and allow yourself to relax and see ,feel and enjoy the process along with what you’re visualizing, don’t hold back and go in much detail as possible.

You will find that by doing this daily you will automatically be more relaxed (as this is a sort of meditation too) centered and happy, as well as developing the things you need to get those dreamy stuff of yours-which are usually personality traits at the moment missing in your persona.
