How To Break Out From The Lie That Is Your Life.

The commonplace advice i see thrown around the most it’s “Just be yourself” and this is overall an AWFUL advice to give.

Because “being yourself” it’s something that should come naturally, it’s something that should not be used as a guideline on how to live life.

That’s a dangerous advice to give.

Why?

Because LIFE doesn’t really care if you’re being yourself or not, the amount of crap it’s going to throw at you remains the same.

Instead of listening to idiots who give boilerplate advice that will be harmful for you life, you should instill, instead – timeless practices into your life.

Things that are proven to WORK–that actually bring some positive changes into your life.

That’s where values, for example, come in : Family, Honor, Self-Respect & Strength -are things that will only shower you with positive stuff in life.

Because the nature of these values are positive-so it’s obvious that is exactly what they’ll give back.

But the real problem is that people nowadays lack objective, effective ways to navigate life with.

It’s all becoming SO emotional, it’s making me cringe.
And YOU probably will melt too, to the slightest hint of tension like a freaking piece of chocolate, UGH.

Society will uselessly cheer you up with positive nonsense, meant to keep you stuck in your emotions and to distract you from the FLAWS you have within yourself.

BECAUSE EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE HAPPY, WITHOUT EVEN WORKING FOR SAID HAPPINESS- PERIOD!

Sorry to break it to ya.

No.

Emotions in life are just the icing on the cake- they’re not how reality it’s lived.

Take care.

The Importance Of Discipline + A Little Update

*little update*
Hello there!

I hope you are doing well, i’m just writing this post as some kind of catch-up caused by some troublesome and hectic weeks. I’ve been busy cooking some exciting stuff (for me, at least!) and doing my usual work\homework…yup, because you never stop learning! these business ventures i’m getting into are scarce with results and incredibly slow…but hey, like in fitness or in whatever area that takes time to let you see some results you just have to keep at it.

The world hasn’t been build by doing nothing, now, has it? ;D

BUT ENOUGH WITH ME, LET’S GET TO THE FUN PART!
**

Discipline.

Thing’s simple: You either want to have it or not. It is not up to debate that having it while struggling to reach your goals will radically improve your chances of succeeding. YET a lot of people seem to discount it, and seeing the ones who do engage in having this quality as “up-tight” and “no fun”. That’s because they don’t know what they’re talking about, and they’re usually the same kind of people that have a job they hate and family\relationship problems who’d rather spend their weekends getting wasted with their buddies instead of putting in some meaningful work in to CHANGE their colorless lives.

Don’t get me wrong, i’m all in for some beer once in a while – but the thing i can’t condone is… making it a ritual, a recurrent thing.

Like, really? Don’t you have anything better to do instead of destroying your livers and gossip about others (or even among themselves!) about how Christine cheated on Larry? damn you’re boring.

I understand.
I really do.
“But then i’d become a freak without social life!”
Nope. I didn’t say you needed to become an a-hole – what i mean is :

BE IRREMOVABLE WHEN IT COMES TO THE THINGS YOU’RE WORKING ON AND CARE ABOUT.

That’ll be the exact point where your life will take a turn, and you will see results without a doubt. Why?
Because you was laser-focused all this time and didn’t budge or stray off your path.

If you want me to go deeper on this topic and explain to you how to effectively apply discipline to your everyday tasks in a way that YOU TOO can reach your goals, leave a comment below.

And as always,

Take care.

THE CHANCES YOU (DIDN’T) TAKE.

Did you know that a really low number of people make decisions that are fully made by themselves?

You may think that can’t be true, but most people find difficult staying true to themselves when it comes to choices and in life, and this happens mostly because they fall to the pressure of their peers, their family, friends or even strangers – in my book this is a symptom of a low\absent self-esteem and nonexistent beliefs.

Of course this could pass as a lack of decision-making skills, too! but as human beings and in society we are most aware when it comes to other’s judgment and the way they see us. Though this lack can be reconnected to a low self-esteem that comes by not having a clear direction or goal in life. Think at all the chances you may have missed for having temporized or stuttered when making a decision – be it for fear of other’s judgement or for not having the courage to throw yourself into something seemingly bigger than you.

“I could have my dream life right now… IF ONLY!

Yeah, right.
How about we start actually doing that?

I’ll give you an exercise:
The next time you happen to dine in a restaurant along with your spouse, parents, or a group of friends – try to be the first that knows what you’re going to eat, and when you can do that give yourself a pat on the back because you’re on the road to improvement. You can implement this kind of mindset even when you’re at the grocery store buying stuff for the week, or deciding which shortcut to take when going home, the possibilities are endless.

Of course this is just a warm up for the bigger decisions you will have to take in life, but the next time you have to take such action be prepared and sure on what to do so you won’t miss AGAIN the best chance at your disposal for whatever it’ll happen. And here i will share you on another little secret…

Be sure to have a dream.

Because when you do, you will see that most decisions in life will come automatically AND without regret because your subconscious mind will be choosing the best course of action to reach your dream.

Take care,

Imagine : Freedom

This post is inspired by : https://nav.al/

I was going through his website and a lot of things began to whirl into my mind, go check him out, it DESERVES your time, if you’re into changing yourself & creating wealth to achieve what i’m going to talk about.

Freedom. Ahhh, so longed. yet not too much to make an individual stop and think : “Hey, maybe breaking my back every day at this job i hate isn’t the right way to achieve it“. And why would this thought ever cross a mind of anyone leading this kind of lifestyle? It won’t, right? though sometimes it can happen, the thought process will just probably end with affirmations like these : “It’s too risky” , “I can’t do that, i’m not capable enough“, “What if i fail? No, i don’t want to live on the streets, i’m fine like this, it could be worse for me.” – These are all understandable thoughts, i had these thoughts too in the past. But don’t you think that by doing this, a person it’s just putting shackles on themselves? how can you know how much can you lift without ever clinching the barbell? You can’t. And by doing this you’re automatically killing your chances to take a shot at True Freedom.

But what do i mean when i say “True Freedom”? it’s nothing special, really, though its values and significance may vary from person to person, the core principle is this : You can structure, use and manage your time in whichever way you find fit. That means that if you want to sleep\go visit the world\ spend your time doing what you love, you can do that without a care in the world… or almost. Because to do that you need to have some kind of income, right? and you may ask what kind of work gives you THAT much freedom and flexibility… i’d say, work you cherish and love – work that you ENJOY doing and at the same time covers all of your expenses even without you actively managing it. This is called “Passive Income” – you basically make money when you’re away, when you sleep, ecc… So yeah, starting your own business! – and you might say “Duh! if it was this easy everyone would do it.” Yeah, i personally don’t think that’s easy, since i am too on this journey to achieve everything that i’m telling you… but put it like this : Do you think you’re just… one of the “Everyone”? you don’t know that until you really challenge yourself and your ideals, and yes, of course it’s not easy – but would you rather do something easy that keeps you in the same spot, angry, sad, without any Freedom or time to live the life YOU want… or would you rather do something Difficult – but definitely doable, and live a life it’s worth living?

Do NOT underestimate yourself and the ability to change your situation, YOU hold the keys to do so, no one else.
