Drink your Caffeine! 9 Amazing Benefits You Weren’t Aware Of.

If you already do though (and I’m sure you do), that’s fine and dandy – I’m going to give you more reasons that can convince you that -that’s right – as long as what you put in your body it’s the good kind of caffeine, it has a lot of health benefits.

So get your kettle boiling and your coffee brewing!

As you may or may not know, I’m a health and fitness fanatic, and when I stumble upon ways I didn’t know about to boost my health I become instantly a researcher about that specific topic-to see if there’s actually some truth behind it and how I can make the most out of it.

Now, let’s begin with Black Coffee – not your cappuccino or weird spiced latte. Just pure and strong Espresso, black like your hood neighbor. (And since I’m 100% Italian I’m kind of biased here, but that’s for another time)

The “indispensable” little cup of coffee represents a typically Italian rite, fruit of an ingrained habit that has brought numerous experts to give their take on this matter when it comes to the health benefits\damages that comes with this… dark beverage.

Among the countless nutritional components of coffee there is -the more known and studied- of course, caffeine! since it’s blessed with important properties like:

  • Having a stimulating effect on the gastric and bilious secretion:(That’s why it’s thought that coffee after lunch helps with digestion)
  • Having a tonic and stimulating effect on the nervous system and the cardiac system:
    (That’s why many people appreciate its attention-enhancing effect, whether they need a boost to get through the endless pages of a tome, or just as a pick-me-up kind of thing.)
  • Its lipolytic effect, meaning it’s useful for losing weight since the caffeine uses the fats in your body as a mean to create energy (so it burns them) and that’s why an Espresso it’s an awesome choice before working out – it enhances STILL FURTHER the fats you’re going to burn and moreover it gives you energy, neat right?!
  • It makes you feel satiated, so it is a valid aid in controlling your appetite.

This DOES NOT mean that you have to chug down countless espressi, mind you.

Because that much caffeine can have a lot of drawbacks, like everything, take it in moderation and be mindful.

AAAAAH. Green Tea, it might be one of my favorite teas\beverages ever! It’s so versatile and can be sipped on in any time of the day, hot during the winter or ice-cold during summer when you need a refreshing healthy drink.

I mostly go for the hot version, even in summer.

This ancient tea comes from an ancient civilization too: China! But this variety of tea has reached all of Japan, Korea and India as well as other countries.

Let’s see why you should bathe in green tea:

A Famous variety of Japanese green tea, “matcha” – the lighter one on the right it’s called ” usucha (薄茶, thin tea) ” and the one on the left koicha (濃茶, thick tea). As its name and color implies, it is more concentrated.
  • Delays Aging: This might be one of the most known benefits, since the Antioxidant-rich green tea neutralizes the oxidants or free radicals present in the body. Therefore, regular consumption of this tea can effectively delay the signs and symptoms of aging.
  • Has stimulating effects: Just like any other tea or coffee, since caffeine it’s present in green tea as well (even though in much less quantity than in coffee and other teas) you can use it for a nice surge of energy.
  • Boosts your immune system: Research shows that people who regularly drink green tea do not fall victim to common bacterial and viral infections as easily as those who do not add it to their diet. The catechins, present in green tea, prevent bacteria and viruses from attaching themselves to cell walls to infect them. These catechins also counter the toxins released by microbes. This antimicrobial property also protects you from bad  breath, dysentery, diarrhea, tooth decay, indigestion, flu, cough, and cold, and colitis, all of which are caused by the microbial and fungal action.
  • Improves Cardiac Health: Some elements in green tea can also lower blood pressure reducing the risk of stroke and coronary heart disease.
  • Controls Diabetes: If not taken with sugar, of course – the alkaline nature of green tea aids with reducing the blood glucose levels.

Whether it’s art (Paintings, making music, drawings or pottery)

Or crafts (Make that damn Treehouse!)

Having a hobby that channels your creativity can really soothe and make these days much more bearable and seamless.

Give yourself permission to go enter a creativity spree and lose yourself in the process, you’ll never know how many amazing things you could give birth to!

3) COMMUNICATE.

This one is SO underlooked.

Especially if you live with others (your family, your significant other, ecc…)

Communicating, when in these times even the most trivial of things could become a drama, is of key importance.

And i’m not referring to just verbal communication.

Communication is emotional, too.

Don’t neglect what you are feeling and let other people know how you feel, and don’t forget to listen to others as well.

This will maintain harmony and create an overall healthy environment in which everyone can openly express themselves without suppressing unhealthy feelings, in an already bad time.

4) HAVE. FUN.

Since you probably can’t step outside, you’ll need to keep that morale high – and what better way to do this than by having a good dose of FUN?!

Well, I know this is harder for the most extroverts while everything’s locked down but it’s not impossible.

You’ll just need a little cooperation from the folks you’re living with to spice things up!

Or hell, you can do something silly even if you are alone.

Some ideas:

  • Play videogames!
  • Do couple workouts! (they can even become… spicy at some point 😉 great way to build tension & fun! )
  • Cook something yummy with your S.O. \ Family.
  • Watch a good movie!
  • Pick a theme & decorate your house!
  • Read an interesting book.
  • Do a pun contest!
  • Dance! alone or with someone.

The possibilities are endless, stretch your imagination!

Stop Looking For Women, What You Should Really Focus On As A Man.

You see, the problem with you guys is that unless you have the truth under your damn nose, you refuse to see it.


And that is because you’re more comfortable that way.
I know it.
I’ve been through it too.

But that’s why i’m here after all, TO ROAST YOU and question your intelligence, because the rumor that we think with our… well, with our dingus, it’s more truth than not at times.

…But that works against us when it comes to relationships & life.
Stay with me, i’m going to explain you a few things that now seem like ancient knowledge, that might change your life:

Now, when i say “stop looking” i don’t mean forever, mind you.

What i imply is that you must stop looking for it, actively.
Why? The reason is simple:

As a man you have other things that take priority over women.

And these things are ENORMOUSLY underlooked by the majority of men, because society wants you to believe that is “ok” to not have these things in check.

(And are far more important than women for your life, of course)

And that is bullshit, and also the reason why most of your relationships with women WILL fail.

Like your finances,
Your body,
Your mental health,
Your dreams.
Your family.

These are just some examples, but are key.

Because you see, women are generally looking for a man who’s stable, who they can rely on- a pillar- so to speak.


How do you possibly think that they can be attracted (long-term) to a lazy ass mofo with no aspirations or goals, that spends his days scratching his ass smoking weed and drinking beer on the couch?

Nobody is attracted to worms.

Makes sense, right?

Now, you shouldn’t be doing this in the first place for getting women, but you should do it for yourself, to improve your situation.

To give the man a reason, a purpose! that’s how it should be.


And while you’re concentrated on all that goodness, women will naturally “flock” to you.

A (good) woman should be A COMPLEMENT, to a man’s life.
The beautiful missing piece,
The “upgrade”,
The better-quality oil that makes the machine work better, even when the machine is working just fine by itself.

Not his focus!

We as men should avoid comfort, it makes us stagnant, makes us loose our “edge”.
As men we should be always prepared to act.

But don’t think we should not be able to lower our guard from time to time, we’re not machines.

We have emotions, we’re emotional beings as well- just *less*- when compared to a woman.

And that is when polarity comes into play.
As a man you want to be, most of the time, ready to face anything – but you’ll need comfort as well, even though you don’t need for it to be your state of being.

And a woman can provide all that.
Softness, tenderness, femininity… It’s all a balance.

And that’s exactly how it should be if you want women to be interested in you as a potential lifelong partner.

THEY are the one looking to find & provide comfort.
YOU, as a man, should be the strength.

So when a woman senses softness, weakness….in a man, it makes her waver. Those shouldn’t be masculine traits.

So, to wrap this all up.
Can you see my point on why you shouldn’t waste your time? how can you afford that when you have so many flaws to work on?

Trust me on this, when you have solved most of your problems you will be a much more appealing man from a woman’s perspective.

So please, stop wasting your time chasing relationships that YOU KNOW won’t go anywhere because of your personal lack of something.

Have a solid foundation on which to start meaningful things from, when a good woman shows up at your doorstep.

The Best No Excuses Workout To Do At Home For Losing Fat.

The world’s in a bit of a pickle now, and working out from home it’s a thing that a lot of people will have to get used to, since gyms are closed.

Let me give you a quick workout so you don’t avoid training.

You probably have a lot of time on your hands already, but with this workout you really have no excuses.

Either you’re a beginner or a pro, you can modify this workout to make it easier\harder – it’s very flexible.

Let’s go:

REPEAT THIS CIRCUIT FOR 20 MINUTES.
Do as many as you can:

Pushups x15 (Go on your knees for the easier version/elevate your feet for the harder)

Bodyweight Lunges x20 (If you can’t do lunges, just step out with your feet, use dumbbells for the harder version)

High Crunches x8 (Do standard crunches for the easier version, grab a dumbell and hold it high through the motion for the harder)

Be sure to ROLL your shoulders down to your hips.

Dips x10 (slide your feet in for the easier version, extend feet for harder, use a dip bar with a weight for the hardest)

Jump Squats x10 (standard squats for the easier version, be sure not to rush through the exercise, feel the burn!)

Be sure to land SOFTLY on your feet.

It really takes little time to stay in shape.
